Lost Footage
Ian has not yet mustered up the time or the patience to give me an extended lesson in UB cables, cameras, and computers. I always am disappointed by blog posts that do not contain pictures, however, so I am improvising. This is a picture from the last time we were up, already existing in the computer and ready to upload. You can pretend, if you want, that it was just taken. Yesterday was Dad's birthday, and he did feed Max some of his supper, so the ruse is plausible. As a birthday gift to his grandpa, Max grabbed his pasta spoon halfway through dinner, wrestled me for it briefly, then let go unexpectedly, using the momentum of his enemy to catapult the pasta-filled spoon across the room. Dinner table, dinner guests, and dining room were festooned with baby noodles and tomato sauce. Happy birthday, Dad.

nothing like flying food on a birthday...adds to the fun of the day.
USB cable. And yes, I am a brat. Yet, I am a brat that loves you!
I agree that Ian is a brat.
I use old photos all the time. Mainly because I'm not home to capture fresh images very much.
